Double Diamond Condominiums
24 luxury and 2 employee units, most units configured as town homes, at the base of Telluride Ski Resort chair lift 7, in the Town of Telluride

The Wintercrown Building
A 4-level mixed-use project at the center of downtown Telluride that includes the Eagles Bar and Restaurant. Additionally there are six retail spaces, 40 office suites, five penthouses and an underground parking garage.

This design was completed while employed with Greenbank Architect of Telluride. The design team also included Urmston/Steinbruck Architects, Los Angeles, and Steven Langford Architect, Irvine.

Glenn Green Galleries of Telluride
An art gallery interior project in the Wintercrown Building, Telluride.  Glenn Green Galleries also have showrooms in Santa Fe and Scottsdale. The Telluride gallery no longer exists.

Telluride Fire House Addition
A second story addition to a 1980’s firehouse, Telluride Historic District. In association with Greenbank Architect of Telluride.

Telluride Post Office Project
A city block-sized mixed-use project on Telluride’s main street. Eric Brandt Architect was a consultant for the designing architect, DeStefano and Partners of Chicago, and the Telluride developers. The arduous development approval process was completed in 2 ½ years; the original project is un-built.

Cascades on Telluride.
A luxury timeshare showroom in the Wintercrown Building, Telluride, this project was done in association with Harry Teague Architects, Aspen.

Rainbow Preschool
Conceptual and Schematic planning to acquire a Town and State Block Grant that was received. Landmark Historic District infill project in Residential neighborhood, Telluride, Colorado.

Society Conoco Addition
Earth bermed commercial shell space creating an alternative mini-mart. Lawson Hill, Colorado

Adams Partnership Building
A mixed-use project in a western storefront style, down town Ridgway, Colorado. (unbuilt)
